Kristin is the owner of Three Rivers Medical Clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Sigma Cum Laude, from Montana State University in Bozeman. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing, Forensics and Adult Nurse Practitioner from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Kristin has a Post-Masters Certificate in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program from Montana State University. She was also a Assistant Teaching Professor for graduate Pathophysiology at Montana State University
Kristin and her family reside in nearby Bozeman. She is passionate about providing care for newborn through the elderly including, but not limited to, acute care illnesses, injuries, preventative services, patient education, and chronic illness management. Kristin practiced in Tennessee and Idaho before moving back home to Montana. She has owned and operated the Three Rivers Medical Clinic since 2007.
When she is not working or playing with her daughters, Kristin enjoys the outdoors, snowmobiling, riding her dirt bike and is a sucker for a great book!
Jennifer Sofie, DNP, APRN, ANP-BC, FNP-C
Jennifer received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Seattle University. She went on to receive a Masters in Nursing from the University of Washington and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from University of Denver. Jennifer is also certified in adult and family practice and has extensive experience with geriatric care. Jennifer also serves as an assistant teaching professor and Graduate Clinical Coordinator in the nursing department at Montana State University.
Jen and her family live in the Churchill/Amsterdam community. Together with her three sons and her husband, Jen enjoys skiing, hiking and is active in their 4H community.
Cynthia Bates, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Cindy received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Simmons College in Boston but also holds a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from Colorado State University. After several years working in the Denver area as a Registered Nurse, Cindy completed her Masters in Nursing with University of Northern Colorado. She is a Certified Nurse Practitioner, specializing in family practice. Her passion, however, lies in the care of prenatal and pediatric patients.
Though new to Montana, Cindy is not unfamiliar with the mountains. For years, Cindy and her husband, Matthew, have enjoyed taking advantage of the hiking, skiing, fly fishing and cycling found within the splendor of the Rocky Mountain Range. Now, from their home at Four Corners, they share their zeal with their twin children, Zachary and Sophia along with their two Labrador-mix canines, Roscoe and Daisy. And, yes, the hounds are named after ‘The Dukes of Hazards’ characters.
